To order an item as it is described in the Design Notebook click on the Order Button. The Order Button will open your E-mail program and address an e-mail to me. Please include:

Custom Orders:

As a person who has almost never been able to purchase jewelry in standard sizes that will fit me, it is especially important that my products fit all of my customers. Customization of most of my jewelry styles is available.

Necklaces, bracelets, and anklets made in your preferred length. Most earring styles are available in leverback, French hook, ball with post or clip. Gemstone bead jewelry styles are available in most of the gemstones that I carry. Metals available include: Sterling Silver, Gold Filled, and 14kt Gold. (Not all styles are available in all metals).

In rings with set gemstones, different gemstones may be requested. If available, I will order a setting in a specific size setting. However, I am unfortunately unable to resize rings at this time.

Please e-mail any custom requests to me and I will send an estimate by return e-mail usually within 48 hours. Except in situations where I must special order large quantities of materials, a deposit is not required. Final payment must be made in advance of shipment.

I accept the following forms of payment:

PayPal: Account ID: AbsolutelyDarling@cox.net . I will ship immediately upon notification of payment through PayPal.

Money Order: Make payable to Michelle Darling. I will ship merchandise immediately upon receipt of a money order.

Personal Check: Make payable to Michelle Darling. I will ship merchandise upon clearing of the check. Usually this will occur within 7 business days.

Shipping:

Unless otherwise requested, I will ship USPS first class mail. Items may be combined to save on shipping including combination of e-bay and website purchases.

Insurance is optional at the buyer’s discretion and the cost will be at USPS rates. For purchases under $100 the amount is $1.35.

Sales Tax:

Louisiana residents must pay 9% sales tax. Residents of all other states are responsible for paying any applicable taxes to the state in which they reside.

Return Policy:

I take great pride in the quality of my work and hope that you will be delighted you’re your purchase. However, should you receive a purchase and it does not live up to your expectations, returns will be accepted for 14 days after purchase. Refund will be for the purchase amount less any shipping and handling and e-bay fees (if an e-bay purchase). E-mail for return authorization. The e-mail should include the product name, the reason for return, and method of refund/exchange (such as exchange for another item, refund credit card, PayPal or check). You will receive a confirmation e-mail. Returns will not be accepted without authorization.
